BOOKING DEADLINE : Please book your lessons with the booking form or on line on our website. No reservation by phone.

PAYMENT: To valid your booking, you have to pay the total amount. Easier reservation on our website www.esf-saintgervais.com (safety payment). You can fax your requests with the credit card details with your authorization for us to charge the payment on your card.

CONFIRMATION : We send you the cards at home. If not the card will be at our desks.  It's important to give us your phone number and address. Any incomplete booking form won't be treated.

PRICES : They only includ the teaching by an ESF instructor (insurance, skipass and ski hire are not included….). So the student should buy before the lesson a skipass and an insurance like (Carte Neige or Carré Neige).

MEDAL'S DELIVERY - REFUNDING

By purchasing child weekly group lessons, each child is receiving a medal, either for having succeeded the test or for having finishing the weekly course.
If you don't want this medal, you can be reimbursed by asking at the ESF Saint Gervais-Le Bettex offices (only) not later than the day after the end of the card lessons, by showing this weekly card. The instant refund is at the medal selling price

You can take out the cancellation insurance while your on line booking.

The ESF can modify, can change or cancel some lessons because of the weather condtions, ski resorts breakdown, lack of student and any other reasons.

ADVICE TO THE PARENTS :

1.    Do not cheat over your children’s ages.
2.    Give us any information about your child the instructors can need. Your child should have in his pocket his card, skipass, his name and your phone number.
3.    Fit him out with anorak, gloves, sunglasses, sun lotion and handkerchief.
4.    Let the instructors decide any class changes. Avoid to follow the group.
5.    Be at time on departure and arrival.
6.    The helmet is recommended for the children on the slopes.
7.    Take an insurance in case of accident on the slopes.
